Programmer's Calculator V2.73 for the Palm OS

Notes on the scrollable display

When the display exceeds the fourteen digit displayable maximum, a scroll tab appears under the last digit. Grabbing hold of this tab and dragging it to the left causes the display to shift the number of digits that the bar is dragged. To the left, I entered the hexadecimal value ABCD and then selected Bin which shows 14 bits of the 16 bit value. Dragging the scroll over 5 digits shows the 11 high order bits of the result. You can also drag the tab back to the right. The tab disappears when the display shows the complete result.

I selected this methodology because it visually shows how many digits are currently scrolled unlike any other scrolling widget that I've seen.
